Implementing the EFQM model at the institutional or departmental level 

​

You are ready to implement the EFQM model but your internal teams need support and guidance during the implementation to guarantee successful structural changes and teams' engagement. Your project manager or teams would also need guidance during the first cycle of implementation (six months, one year) before they act as autonomous and competent responsible in operational decision making and in analyzing performance indicators.
